- Order online & pay prior to collecting by Bank Transfer or via our online payment portal
- Bring a chilly bin to collect from our fridge
- Record your name only in the register on the table when you arrive to collect
- Collect your refrigerated pre-bottled milk at the Farmhouse – entrance next to the garage
One of nature’s superfoods, our milk is a natural whole food promoting good health. It’s perfect for cheese making, yoghurt is super smooth and creamy and great for Kefir with a natural sweetness.
As an ingredient in baking, you’ll find its full-bodied consistency is perfect for cakes, scones or desserts like pannacotta. One of the simplest clean-palleted products you’ll find.
MPI suggest unpasteurised milk is easily pasteurised by heating it to 72`c for 15-20 seconds.
