One of nature’s superfoods, our milk is a natural whole food promoting good health. It’s perfect for cheese making, yoghurt is super smooth and creamy and great for Kefir with a natural sweetness.

As an ingredient in baking, you’ll find its full-bodied consistency is perfect for cakes, scones or desserts like pannacotta. One of the simplest clean-palleted products you’ll find.

MPI suggest unpasteurised milk is easily pasteurised by heating it to 72`c for 15-20 seconds.

PLEASE NOTE: MPI Sale of raw milk legislation, advise that “Raw milk may contain harmful microorganisms that can cause serious illness. To reduce the risk of illness, raw milk can be heated to at least 70 ⁰C for one minute. This is critical for infants, young children, the elderly, pregnant women, and people with weakened immune systems”.

We’ve created access so all raw milkers can enjoy this amazing product. A ton of time is invested by all our partners. The golden rules are set by MPI (NOT OUR DEPOT PARTNERS!) . We all need to be follow the rules when collecting this product in order for the service to continue.

The 4 Golden Rules

1. Persons clicking needs to collect from the depot.

2. Collect no later than 1pm the day after delivery.

3. Collect with a chilly bin and ice pack to keep it under 5℃. No chilly bin, no milk!

4. Sign the delivery sheet to acknowledge you’ve collected.
