- Pay via our online payment portal.
- Leave a chilly bin out on the day of delivery
- Leave our washed recycled bottles out from your previous order for us to collect
One of nature’s superfoods, our milk is a natural whole food. It’s perfect for cheese making, yoghurt is super smooth and creamy and great for Kefir with a natural sweetness.
As an ingredient in baking, you’ll find its full-bodied consistency is perfect for cakes, scones or desserts like pannacotta. One of the simplest clean-palleted products you’ll find.
MPI suggest unpasteurised milk is easily pasteurised by heating it to 72`c for 15-20 seconds.
